FEES

High Rock Internal Medicine, PA fees are set at the usual and customary rates for this area. Fees are also determined by the complexity of the problem you may have. If you have questions about our fees please feel free to ask. We will be glad to answer your questions.

INSURANCE

If you have insurance coverage, please let us know before you are seen. If your insurance changes, please inform the staff when you check in. You must bring your insurance card to each visit! Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Insurance is verified prior to each visit to ensure coverage and benefits. Co-payments, deductibles and other balances not covered by your insurance carrier are your responsibility. Upon check out, we will estimate your deductible and/or co-payments so that you can pay at that time. You are encouraged to discuss any questions regarding our fees with us.
